Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags intact and in all its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@authenticated.com stating your order number and name along with the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions detailing how to send your item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return labels are not provided and the postage cost is not paid or refunded by Authenticated.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In the very unlikely event that your item may arrive defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we may evaluate and rectify the issue. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
Returned orders have the option for a full refund or exchange up to the value of the item. Please note there may be some discrepancies in pricing depending on the colour or size of your item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@authenticated.com
