Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You can opt into our premium delivery service for £14 which guarantees orders will be dispatched on the same day when purchased before 1pm. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or postal service issues (that are outside of our control) which could increase the above processing times.

Cutoff times
Our cutoff time for orders to be processed the same day is 1pm (GMT), any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.  

Checking the Status of my Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
