RETURNS POLICY
In order to receive a refund or store credit you must send your return within 14 days of receiving your product or your return will not be accepted. The product must be unworn, tags attached and sent with tracked delivery in a secure cardboard box.
Returned orders have the option for an exchange or refund.

POSTAGE POLICY
Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Authenticated dispatches all packages from the United Kingdom using a tracked and signed service with DHL, DPD, Royal Mail and UPS.
Delivery updates with tracking information will be sent via email and SMS so you are kept informed on your order as soon as it's placed.
